Working in the field of addiction is tacking at times with the contact with active addicts trying to get clean. Whether it's theirs or my negativity I would like more skills to learn and apply to my life in order to give back to others. That's it in a nut shell.

Very well said. Great post!! I was looking for quotes on overcoming negativity, and this touches on the very same things that have happened in my life. Don't you love synchronicity?

I love this concept...being negative about negative is just well...negative.

I was listening to an abraham workshop the other day about this very subject and they said "we want you to get joyful about your despair" HA! I was like, ya know I get this...because my 'despair' is showing me where I'm not keeping up with the joy-filled me which has now expanded BECAUSE of my despair. The whole rockets of desire / from don't want to want scenario.

I KISS my negative emotions, and say thank you, and vibe switch all within 1 minute. What a vibrational athlete I am.

It's really ALL good. I can watch TV news, read the headlines, or even run into my 'negative friend' and embrace it all.
No worries because I know what to do...what a relief.

Thank you Denise, you are such a gift to all of us.
